Our heated Kääs Beizli creates the perfect winter atmosphere for your event and is the raclette and fondue restaurant right in the center of Basel. Whether you want to celebrate with family, friends or work colleagues – we’ll make it cosy and delicious!

Fondue or raclette feasts for large groups
For bigger groups (from 10 people) please use our contact from to enquire about your event without obligation. At events in the Kääs Beizli you can – as the name suggests – choose between the typical Swiss cheese specialities, raclette or fondue. If one of your group has allergies or intolerances, please note this in the form and we will be happy to find an alternative together so that your event can create great memories.

Fondue feast at the barrel bar
In the outdoor area of the Kääs Beizli we have a small area with a cosy seating area, a nail peg and the popular barrel bar. At the barrel bar you can enjoy a fondue outside and have your own area, exclusively for you. The barrel bar is suitable for groups of up to 8 people. If you are interested, please select “Fondue at the barrel bar” from the menu of your choice.
